I received my BS degree in Marketing & Management from Lander University located here in Greenwood, SC. Upon graduation, I moved to the big city of Charlotte, NC where I pursued a career in retail management. I worked for Dillard's and Macy's before I decided to move back "home". My parents worked in real estate so it seemed only natural I would follow in their footsteps. I got into the real estate profession in October 2006 and have seen the real estate market drastically change since then. However, I have been lucky enough to continue working full time in a profession I love. In 2008, I received the Greenwood Association of REALTORS(R) "Rookie of the Year" Award which was based on sales, involvement in the community, and education. I currently serve as a Board Member for the Greenwood Association of Realtors. A majority of my business is repeat clients and referrals, which is the greatest compliment I can receive!
I have been married to my husband, Steve, for 11 years! We have 4 kids all together. Will, (22) who is a Senior at the College of Charleston, Erin (18), who is a Freshman at Lander University, Mary Claire (10) who is in 4th grade, and Harper (7), who is in 1st grade.
Associated Brokers, Inc. (ABI) is a full service real estate company representing buyers and sellers with residential homes, new construction, vacant land, as well as commercial real estate. Our company is operated a little diferently than other real estate companies in that we don't try to"sell" you a home, but rather act as your trusted advisor and counselor during your search, negotiations, closing, and after the sale. We are an intentionally small, family owned company and have been in business since 1989. Our family relocated from Texas and know how difficult a move can be, but we are in the business to make that transition as easy and smooth as possible. I specialize in Greenwood and Abbeville Counties. We handle all of our own transactions and will never hand you over to a transaction coordinator. We personally take care of you from start to close, for each and every transaction.
